Implant Supported Crowns and Bridges
Implant Supported Crowns
Implant crowns comprise of an implant placed in the bone. Following a 3 month healing period a crown is fixed on the implant. The interface between the implant and the implant supported crown is called the abutment.
The crown is cemented to the abutment in our laboratory, which is then is screwed into the implant itself and allows for a very precise, biocompatible and durable union.
